Chrono Crypt
glish Description:
CHRONO CRYPT is a retro pixel-art roguelike in the spirit of the Amiga 1200 and the C64, with a rhythm twist.
Explore endless, procedurally generated crypts on a classic checkered grid. Walking is smooth and free. The rhythm only matters when you fight: strike on the beat to unleash neon critical hits (yellow, cyan, magenta) with double damage, screen-shaking light shows and combo bonus points.
FeaturesControls
- Turn-based dungeon crawling with a rhythm bonus system
- Colorful, Diablo-inspired pixel slashes and particle bursts
- Endless levels with a boss fight every 5th floor – the Reaper summons minions!
- Healing potions, hearts, hidden treasure chests and ever stronger weapons
- Every level uses a new color palette inspired by Fujifilm film simulations (Velvia, Classic Chrome, Provia, Acros, Astia and more)
- Driving C64 SID-style chiptune music that changes with every level, plus punchy sound effects
- Permadeath with local highscore and an instant retry button
- Plays on desktop and mobile with on-screen touch controls
Hit the beat. Break the crypt.
